Taranaki swimmers from Stratford Flyers Club and Aquabladz Swimming Club achieved great results at the 2025 NAGS in Hawkes Bay this year.
- Talen Hickford from Aquabladz came first in the 800m freestyle final and won a gold medal.
- Jaiah Otene won the gold medal in the 200m breast final for 14 year old boys and bronze in the 100 breaststroke final.
- Max Cave from Aquabladz won a bronze in the 16 year old boys in the 100m backstroke and another bronze in his 50m backstroke for 16yr boys.
There were also lots of PB's and swimmers making finals which was an amazing achievement for our region.
